 Q: I need accomodation Do you arrange Hotels only

A: Yes. We do assist in finding your accommodation according to your budget
 
Q: I need transportation Do you arrange Transportation Only
 
A: Yes. We do arrange transportation at your desired duration
 
Q: Can you make tailor made plan for me
 
A: Yes we do have a set of expert professionals to make a suitable leisure plan of your choice
 
Q: Hotel Check in and Check out Time
 
A: Normal Check in 12:00 Noon Check out 11:00. However in some places it’s different. So we mention it in the voucher          accordingly.
 
Q: Is the service Cost Guaranteed
 
A: We have got specific payment terms. Once we receive the payment in final the service cost is guaranteed.
 
Q: What about Arrival/Departure Transfers 
 
A: We have got pick and drop transfers according to the said itinerary. 
 
Q: In case of three persons how the accommodation is arranged
 
A: In case of extra person we provide a roll away complete bedding on the floor.
 
Q: What should be my suitcase/Baggage Size
 
A: The baggage size should be maintained in such a way that it can be placed upon the vehicle car and properly according        to the Airline/Railway regulation.
 
Q: When can I purchase/confirm optional tour/activity
 
A: We generally mention the places of optional tour/activity in the itinerary. If someone wishes to participate, can                    easily book it paying extra @actual on spot/ in advance depending upon the nature. 
 
Q: Is room heater provided in the room
 
A: Normally Room heater provided where required (In some cases payable on the spot).
 
Q: Do you provide any Medical Insurance
 
A: In case of extra person we provide a roll away complete bedding on the floor.

A: We generally provide all travel related documents along with Air/Rail/Ship tickets 15 Days prior to journey against                full payment.
