Terms & Conditions

SOME IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. 25% advance at the time of booking; Next 40% of the total amount should be paid before 40 days of the journey, Balance amount should be paid before 15 days of journey and after fulfillment of payment the passenger is accept for avail the Package.
2. All Package tours by Sleeper class Train Journey and on road, by Coach (Bus) or Sumo/ Qualis as situation / suitable by the company.
3. Any Additional charges like A/C Train Fare, A/C Accommodation, flight charges or Toy train etc. which is not include in the tour itinerary, should be paid at the time of booking.
4. Due to unavoidable circumstances, if the Company cancels the tour, the entire advance/deposit money will be refunded without any compensation.
5. If the tour cancelled due to natural calamity, in such case passenger has to pay 20% of the tour price as incidental expenses.
6. Management will not undertake any liability towards any loss/damage of life/property or any other belongings what so ever of the tourist caused by any accident / theft / robbery or any other happenings during the tour.
7. Entry fees, guide charges, porter charges to be paid by the tourist.
8. Company is not responsible for any mechanical disturbance of the vehicle during journey; tourists have to adjust with the situation.
9. Tourist / Border are responsible to pay for any damage of the hotel room on the spot during stay.
10. Consumption of alcohol / wine is strictly prohibited during the journey.
11. Any tourist may be expelled from the package for his misbehavior with the company personnel / staff / Co-tourist. No amount will refund in that case.
12. 4 % Service charge will be charges extra on package rate.
13. Tour Manager Decision is the ultimate in all cases during the tour.
14. Any cancellation over telephone is not accepted, Cancellation will be accepted on producing the original money receipt only and cancellation charges calculated from that date as follows.

CANCELLATION RULES

1. Minimum cancellation charge Rs 300.00 after ensuring the booking
2. 70 Days before journey Rs.300/- + 10% of the total amount per Head to be deducted.
3. 30 Days before journey Rs.300/- + 20% of the total amount per Head to be deducted.
4. 20 Days before journey Rs.300/- + 30% of the total amount per Head to be deducted.
5. 10 Days before journey Rs.300/- + 50% of the total amount per Head to be deducted.
6. 03 Days before journey Rs.300/- + 60% of the total amount per Head to be deducted.

NO REFUND IS ALLOWED if cancellation made within seventy two hours before official departure time or in between the tour.

Booking of seat means that the passenger has accepted the terms and condition of Ankur Tour & Travels
