Sri Lanka, formerly known as Ceylon and officially the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, is an island country in South Asia. It lies in the Indian Ocean, southwest of the Bay of Bengal, and southeast of the Arabian Sea; it is separated from the Indian subcontinent by the Gulf of Mannar and the Palk Strait.

Day 1
ARRIVE COLOMBO
On arrival in Colombo, you will be met by our driver/guide who will assist and drive you to Colombo. Enjoy the Colombo city tour. Visit to Buddhist and Hindu Temples, Pettah, Fort, Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall, Colombo Museum, the parliament house and the folk art centre, later enjoy a shopping in Colombo. Overnight in Colombo.
Day 2
COLOMBO TO DAMBULLA
Today morning proceed to Dambulla via Pinnawala. Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage, established in 1975. Today some of these orphans enjoy the fortune of seeing their grandchildren born in the same location. Evening visit Dambulla cave temple. Overnight in Dambulla.
Day 3
DAMBULLA TO KANDY
Today proceed to Kandy. En route visit Sigiriya rock. Evening Enjoy sightseeing tour of Kandy. Visit the Peradeniya Botanical Garden – First built as a pleasure garden by a Sinhala king and was later expanded by the British. Visit the Kandy town and bazaar, the arts and crafts centre, a gem museum and a lapidary. Also visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic in Kandy. Thereafter witness a cultural show. Overnight in Kandy.
Day 4
KANDY TO NUWARA ELIYA
Today proceed to Nuwara Eliya. On the way visit a Tea Plantation. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Nuwara Eliya.
Day 5
NUWARA ELIYA
Take a tour to the cold and misty hills, step into a tea factory processing the prestigious brand of Ceylon Tea. Make sure to end your day in style over a perfectly blended cup of pure Ceylon Tea. Overnight in Nuwara Eliya.
Day 6
NUWARA ELIYA TO YALA
This morning, drive to Yala via Ella gap to see the mighty Rawana Fall, the waterfall measures approximately 25 m in height and cascades from an oval-shaped concave rock outcrop, arrive into Yala in the evening. Overnight in Yala.
Day 7
YALA TO BENTOTA
Today drive to Bentota via Galle which is a city situated on the south – western tip of Sri Lanka, 119 km from Colombo and Hikkaduwa which is the island’s most developed beach resort. Overnight in Bentota.
Day 8
DEPART COLOMBO
Today you will be transferred to Colombo Airport for your flight back home.
